Is this a real courier company?
Having paid upfront for this courier to deliver a highly important time-sensitive package, I am still waiting over 2 weeks later. No answer from their contact numbers, both cells, and now I am in a serious fix. The tracking says 'bad address' although other couriers and 1 hr delivery apps seem to find me with no difficulty. I have checked the address with them twice by phone, in the days that I could actually get through. No attempt to phone me if they got lost while trying to deliver.

17 Jan 2023, 09:48Well, my parcel was eventually 'delivered' over 5 weeks late.
(This meant I could not drive my car over the holiday period as the vehicle licence was expired. )
The only reason I eventually received it was because this time the SkyNet driver actually phoned me when he was lost yet again. I immediately phoned him back and talked him through finding my house over a period of about 30 mins. He was unable to tell me where he was (not even a street name!) which made things extremely difficult. He was also unable to read the location pin I sent.
Strange how other couriers and grocery delivery apps do not have a problem with finding my house, but SkyNet do.
SkyNet is hopeless - they did not answer their phones when I was trying to enquire hat had happened to my document.
I did not have a choice of courier when RTMC offered to courier my vehicle licence. My advice, don't use SkyNet, and choose the pickup at Post Office option when ordering your vehicle licence online.
