I am very disappointed with the service provided by this courier company. My parcel was scheduled for delivery yesterday, and I even received a confirmation SMS stating that it would be delivered. However, instead of receiving a call or proper delivery, the delivery person contacted me via WhatsApp asking where we could meet. This defeats the purpose of providing a delivery address when placing the order. this is the worse company
