Infuriating and unreliable!
Dishonest, unreliable and not cooperative. I have been waiting for my parcel since Friday the 31 March 2023 and today it’s Wednesday 05 April 2023. Been calling them since only to be told it will be delivered Monday, Monday passes then I was told Wednesday and still no delivery.
Never had such a bad experience with a courier service!! Worst you hold for ages when calling to track your parcels!
