Incredibly bad service and customer care

I've had the most disappointing and utterly disgusting customer service from Skynet, specifically Dalene from the O.R Thambo branch. From the moment my parcel arrived I received no communication whatsoever. Having to follow up with countless calls and emails I was met with obnoxious and rude interactions from Dalene every time. After escalating this matter to head office some feedback has been given which is now seemingly straightforward after much toil and struggle.

The lack of assistance and incredibly rude engagements with this company is incredibly frustrating. I will be sure never to use their services again and strongly encourage anyone else to do the same.
