Incredible service

<p>I run a small business in Welkom and ordered stock from a supplier in Cape Town on Monday the 7th of August. I explicitly told them that I needed the stock before Saturday the 12th as I have a stall at a local market and am planning to sell stock there. I informed them that in order for my stock to arrive on time, it would need to be dispatched by no later than Tuesday the 8th. It wasn't.</p> <p> </p> <p>By Thursday the 10th, my parcel hadn't left Cape Town and I was in a predicament. I placed a collection order with Skynet Online Express and requested Express overnight delivery, hoping against hope that they would get my parcel here on time. I got in touch with a wonderful lady by the name of Zanele, who sorted out the collection for me and told me that I would receive my delivery by Monday the 14th. I told her that I urgently needed it before Saturday and even requested to pay extra in order to get it here on time. She told me that she would see what she could do and call me back. Perhaps half an hour later, she gave me a call and informed me that my parcel was scheduled to be on a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg that night, and would be collected by the first available freight from the airport bound for Welkom and that I would receive it on time. She phoned me again the next morning (Friday the 11th), and informed me that my parcel was about 45 minutes away from Welkom and assured me that I could relax and that I would get my parcel on time. By 11:30 on Friday the 11th, my parcel was delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can't remember the last time I've dealt with someone who would go to this much effort to make sure that their customer is happy. Zanele went above and beyond the call of duty and assured Skynet a return customer.</p>
