Incredible and Skynet worst team ever

Everyday receive a message that my parcel is out for delivery, but nothing gets delivered...then they just alter the waybill as to say it was never sent out for delivery. Dont know how Incredible connection uses such an inept company to do its deliveries... 6 days parcel laying at their branch in cape town
