*********** driver and falsifying the waybill

I did not receive my UNISA material and this is a letter addressed to UNISA despatch

Hi Despatch

I am disappointed with skynet.
The driver (cellphone no: +27 74 ***) could not find my address and made excuses that he could not find my place of residence.
The driver phoned me at the last minute to tell me this on the 3 July 2015. I stated that I will be available on the 04 July 2015, Saturday at 08H00 at a designated place close to where he could not find my address as I had other commitments later on in the day.
He agreed. I waited for an hour and he did not arrive as agreed upon.

I see that the parcel was returned and that I was late according to the waybill.
Skynet is *********** and their driver is incapable of finding the address of a client and then proceeds to lie on the waybill. He should be taken up for a disciplinary action for his incompetency and falsifying documents. The waybill has incorrect information too.

I would like my student study material returned to me as soon as possible as I have assignments pending and a more competent driver to deliver to my place of residence without excuses and lies.

Thank you

Jessica O'Connell-Maritz
