I have a package from the UK that arrived in SA last Thursday. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Skynet requesting my ID so that the customs invoice could be processed and sent for me to make payment to secure it's release.

Needless to say it has all gone south from here. Phone calls and emails to Dalene Sithole and Pieter Van Wyk from Skynet have resulted in pathetic excuses and unkept promises.

One can only wonder if Skynet is becoming another "parastatil"

Utter incompetence.
