Incompetence of great heights

I ordered my motor vehicle license disc on the Natis website. According to Skynet the package was out on delivery Monday 24th August. The delivery never happened. The driver claimed my office was closed at 16h20 when I was at the office till 17h00. Blatant dishonesty. I called on Tuesday and their agent apologized and promised to deliver on Wednesdays 26th. The tracker showed the parcel is out on delivery again. Then an entry at 10:31 claimed an exception. Appointment required. I called Skynet again and I was told the package never left the warehouse. It was checked out and checked in same morning. I asked them to ensure that my parcel is delivered on the same day. This never happened. Thursday morning 27th August, the tracker shows out on delivery once again. Again it was not delivered The tracker claims there was no one to sign. Another blatant case of lies. Today is Friday 28th August and the Skynet tracker reflects the package is out on delivery for the fourth time this week. I've run out of ideas. My vehicle license disc is expired and I can't travel through any controlled access properties because of the expired disc. No one should be using Skynet. They are grossly *********** and dishonest. For Natis to subject the public to bad service is atrocious. Skynet must pay for such lousy service. Their keep cutting off costing even more money. Please assist in stopping this company from taking advantage of the public.
