Incompetence and dishonesty

I actually want to give Skynet a 0 star, they don’t even deserve the one. They are so ***********, lairs and unprofessional. My parcel kept on being out for delivery for an entire week but it wouldn’t reach me and they would lie and say I wasn’t available, yet they would never call or pitch, one time they said bad address but they never called, I would call their call centre almost everyday and also write emails with hopes that things will be escalated and eventually my order will be delivered but no, now my contract with Vodacom is cancelled, I’m having a hard time applying for a new one, all because of Skynet, Vodacom should look into changing a courier company, this is not it
