Imagine an undelivered Christmas gift

If i could give less stars I would.

Claiming a promotion from Samsung South Africa, I thought that this would be an important package, since having a client as important as Samsung is not someone you want to upset. After waiting since the 27th of November, I reached out to Samsung to find out what happened and to see where my package was since it was still undelivered by the 25th of December. As it turns out, the package has been sitting at the local Skynet depot since the 12th of December. According to their own tracking data, the "Consignee not available" is the cited reason for 4 delivery "attempts", despite the package only going "out for delivery" once (which ended up being also "Consignee not available")

As someone who works from home on a very quiet dead-end street, I can guarantee that no delivery vehicles have been to my house in this time. And this was supposed to be part of a Christmas gift, which I thought would arrive with plenty of time to spare. NOT WITH SKYNET. And going through any of their customer support panels is not working either, as one portal says it's been delivered, and the other says it is still at the depot. I imagine the majority of Skynet is comprised of old Post Office employees, as they seem to have the same amount of pride on their work. Perhaps Samsung South Africa should reconsider their partnership with such a lackadaisical company.

Very very disappointed as someone who's dealing with Skynet for the first time, and I will definitely not again if I can help it.
