My parcel didn't delivered to me as the tracking number the sent to me. I trace the parcel via email and the respond was it delivered to me and Zicks or zacks signed for it from my house which I don't have tenant. I further went to skynet in Elandsfontein where the security they call a guy by the name of Grant whom he told me that he deals with loss management. The driver called after the call he informed me that he will call me it was in 18 February 2021. Since it didn't receive my parcel nor a call from skynet. Please help me out to get my parcel
