If you do opt to leave a message, it rings for a while, then the call cuts

I have been trying to reach Skynet regarding a delivery. They do not answer their phones or their emails. My delivery link expired yesterday; and there is no new delivery link. A CALL BACK WOULD BE APPRECIATED
