I really don't understand why Vodacom insists on using Skynet Worldwide Express. on 19/11/2024 I received an SMS stating that my parcel is out for delivery, then on the same day I received another SMS stating that the delivery failed. No one contacted me as I had my phone with me the whole day.

The same thing happened again on 20/11/2024. Now its 21/11/2024 and I received the infamous "out for delivery" sms.

This is really frustrating and what's worse is that its almost impossible to get a hold of Skynet Worldwide Express on the phone. And they blatantly ignore you on their whatsapp.
