I will never use this service again.

I recieved a sms on Monday to say it will take 3-5 working days to get my package delivered. On Wednesday I was told it’s on the way but it wasn’t delivered. I have then tried to get a hold of the company SEVERAL times to get an update but to no avail. They don’t answer and when I tried that’s an agent I was told I would be attended to but I am still waiting for someone to get back to me.
