I was wow'ed

I ordered a parcel from Reader's Warehouse in Cape Town on Tuesday. On Wednesday they confirmed the delivery might take 4-5 days+ which I was happy with, it wasn't urgent and it was coming from Cape Town. A few minutes later I received another email with a tracking number saying Skynet is delivering the parcel. This morning I saw the parcel was already on route to me. I phoned the call centre who put me through to Peet in the Pretoria branch to find out more or less what time they will be here as I am not going to be home the whole day. Literally 20mins later Thabo was at the gate. Very friendly and efficient. The whole process was just a really good one and I will definitely recommend Skynet and Reader's Warehouse. Two days from ordering to delivery. Less than 48 hours actually. Very good!
