I want my parcel please

I am so disappointed 😞😞😞😞 with sky net, on the 20th in the morning I received an SMS that my parcel will be delivered that day. I waited the whole day and I called their office around 16:30 to check if parcel is still coming. the lady I spoke to assured me that the parcel is still coming. Till today 23/12/2023 am still waiting. No communication, nothing . I so wish we were given a chance as customers to choose our own courier company. This is the second time skynet gives me poor service...
