I ordered at Shein and they use Buffalo International Logistics to deliver in South Africa. Buffalo uses Skynet which I have now received a notification that my package was delivered but I have not received anything. The person who signed for it was not even me. It is a Vialo with a ID that does not even exist. This is highly unprofessional and I want my money back. Order number BUFZA***YQ. I want answers
