I need my licence Disk

Skynet has my licence disk for 2 weeks now, they always say it's out to be delivered and say the drivers got lost. Why those drivers don't call if they are lost to be directed? When I send email they don't respond and when I call the phone rings for the whole 5 minutes until it drops no one answers
