I need help from someone at OR Thambo airport branch. ASAP!!
<p>Is there any way I could get a manager at Or Thambo airport or anyone higher up to help me. I have been dealing with Dalene. Her service is shocking. My case number is ********** 33864. I need some sort of resolution and I'm not going to get it from her. THis is urgent. My package is for my friend wedding and I need it asap. Time is running out. Please could I get the contact details of someone who actually cares enough to help.</p>

I emailed Maxine. I cannot take calls at this point. I'm waiting for her response. I also prefer emailing because then she can see my queries and concerns and the type of service I have been receiving up to this point. Also, I like correspondence in writing in case I need proof.
