I made a hello peter account just so I could post this

Very frustrating experience. My package tracking info has not been updated for over a week and the last update I can see is 507 sent to FF I have sent numerous emails to skynet support asking for someone to explain to me what this means however nobody seems to know the answer and they continuously dodge the question. I cannot comprehend how nobody is able to tell me what this means it shouldn't exactly be top secret information if its on your public portal. Please Skynet just do better or else you are going to loose customers I am sure I am not the only one that has had a bad experience
