I m not happy and regret to bring business to you

I m not happy at all with them I even regret , someone send me parcel from East London that was 14th February still waiting and they told me that it's lost I asked for manager or who evers number that I can complain with they gave me but they also told me same story ,now they don't even answer my calls so I hate this company with all of my heart I don't want to lie I will never bring business to them, and I m still waiting for my parcel ,I m working very hard to just let my parcel go like that,
