I haven't received my parcel

I haven't received my parcel UNP*** . I have an assignment due Tuesday . I tried calling your call center and the phone doesn't get answered . I also tried your *** and when a lady answered the she was way too rude and asked if I don't have the 086 number . I don't understand why the company agreed on delivering our parcel if this is what going to happen .
