I have renewed my vihicle license on the 20 December 2024 through Natis online service and I paid the courier fee of the amount of R99, then on the 23rd of December 2024 I received a message from Skynet that my parcel is on the way, I must be ready with my Identity document. That was their last communication to me and I haven't received my parcel and they're unreachable on telephone
