I had a terrible experience with Skynet Worldwide Express. I waited for my parcel for two weeks with no updates or communication. While they did provide a waybill number, the tracking system was useless—it kept showing the same vague information with no real updates on the parcel’s location. Out of frustration, I drove all the way from North Riding to their Germiston office, only to be told that my parcel had actually been lost for the past two weeks. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing. Their service is *********** and the lack of proper communication is unacceptable. I do not recommend their business at all. — Mpoyi Mpinga
