I had a parcel sent to me via Skynet Johannesburg (Elandsfontein) on the 9th of December and I haven't received it to date

I had a parcel sent to me via Skynet Johannesburg (Elandsfontein) on the 9th of December and I haven't received it to date. I have been calling Skynet on a daily basis and being told that my query is being dealt with. The whole of last week the parcel was lying in their Cape Town office whilst I am in Johannesburg. I have spent hundreds of Rands on airtime calling their office with each call taking a minimum of 20 minutes. This is the worst service I have ever received. Skynet is the worst courier service
