I got a message from tracking the delivery of my parcel from Temu

I got a message from tracking the delivery of my parcel from Temu. The message says they tried to deliver the parcel (waybill no ***) after 18h00 yesterday but couldn't get somebody in the house. I didn't get any notification via telephone that they were outside my house to deliver. I immediately sent an email via their customer service address. No acknowledgement of receipt of the email up to now, I have been trying to phone***) their contact no since this morning, no response.
