I don't recommended using this courier service

This is not a good courier service. It took over a week for them to deliver my package locally from the time they picked it up from the sender. When I tracked my package online, they noted that they tried to deliver but the address which I used was closed at the time of the delivery which was a lie as I was personally at the address until 6pm and there was no attempt at making the delivery. On the day they eventually delivered, my contact number was used by the delivery person to send me Whatsapp messages in order to provide him with a personalised GPS service. The delivery address is very easy to find, on a well known street in a CBD area. How can a courier company be unable to navigate a map is beyond me. I don't know what the worldwide 'express' relates to, but it is definitely not their service.
