I called in seeking feedback regarding my parcel that was supposed to be delivered on Monday

I called in seeking feedback regarding my parcel that was supposed to be delivered on Monday. Waybill ***. The call was answered by the lady called Nobel then laughed at me while I was on the call then transferred the call without notifying me to Sophie she was rude unprofessional when I asked for answers she said she ask relevant department. These two lady's don't have good customer service. I am highly disappointed by the level of service recieved by them.
