I booked a parcel on Tuesday night 25th of March for next day collection, Skynet has not collected since

I booked a parcel on Tuesday night 25th of March for next day collection, Skynet has not collected since. I have attempted about 16 times to call them either with no response or the call doesn’t go through. The only update on the tracking link is Collection appointment required. I have mailed them aswell with no response. Recently aswell was getting hold of them for stationery has not been successful either, I emailed various times with no response. Some days they do have good service however recently has been terrible.
