I AM ASTONISHED THAT SAMSUNG IS ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH A COURIER!!!!!

I have been waiting for my goods for over 19 days, first a driver scans my goods out only to not send an sms to notify me of the pin to only return saying I was unavailable. A second driver scans it out at 08:00 in the morning but sends the sms at 08:00 pm to scan it back at 10:00 pm saying I was unavailable when they did not even contact me. Your services is ********** and have taught your people to not care about the lies they say on a recorded line. I have been calling several times with them saying they have arranged delivery only to have me waiting. Again I was promised delivery today but when I check my waybill number there have been no updates.
