How do i get my parcel out of them?

In the very same boat as all the other skynet customers. Got a message saying the item will be delivered yesterday. I am a Stay at home mum so I'm at home all day. No parcel. Waited up till 11:30 pm for my delivery.

When i tracked out shows "consignee not available"

Can anyone please advise, how to we actually get our parcel out of them? It's showing that it's on elandsfontein.

I need my parcel urgently. I could not even sleep last night.
