HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE STILL IN BUSINESS

Sigh. What a useless Courier Company to say the least. Waited 2 weeks for our parcel, phoned countless times (on hold for ours on end) NO FEEDBACK , sent Whatsapps (don’t even get me started on the Ussless service I received there. Eventually got through and apparently our parcel was delivered to a COMPLETE STRANGER which we now can’t get hold off. This is the most pathetic company I have ever delt with. And all they can say is sorry. Ffs!!!!
