Horrific service

My order has been at Eland since 21 March.

I called customer service and the agent said he would call me back with an update and he obviously didn’t. When I ask what wrong with it there’s no answer. I see I’m not the only one complaining

Is this the kind of service Skynet stands for? Terrible
