Zero rating is what they deserve really. No service whatsoever. Unreachable via their call centre and any method they list to contact them. I was supposed to get my parcel today, was home the whole day and they update their system to “consignee not available”. You better review your courier service if as a business you are using these guys. Not ordering from Samsung SA until they change their courier service.
