Horrible service from Skynet

I have been waiting for my car license to be delivered. The parcel has been at the courier's depot since the 22nd of December. I was told that it would be delivered on the 28th between 14:00&16:30. I called the call centre on the morning of the 28th to check if the parcel has been despatched. However, I was told that the parcel did not get despatched and that it would be on the 29th. There was no reason why this did not happen,the call centre could not explain. Once again no delivery came on the 29th.It is now the 30th and my parcel has still not been delivered. What an absolute trash courier company. I regret using the Natis online service. I will never use this service again nor will I recommend this company.
