HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM SKYNET

An item that I purchased from Incredible Connection almost two weeks ago was supposed to be delivered by Skynet. Last week Thursday, I received a message from them that the package was being delivered that day. After canceling all my plans to avail myself for the delivery, no one showed up. No explanation, no apology.

Trying to call their service center is nightmare. I sent an email expressing my disappointment. No apology was offered, only notice that the item was being delivered today. And today AGAIN, no package was delivered.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE
