HORRIBLE SERVICE

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!. They had to deliver last week on the 10th of April till now nothing has been delivered. They will never update you and you are the one that constantly has to follow up and even thereafter they are still not updating. The worst courier service. What's annoying is that my parcel is really urgent and now I am the one who has been inconvenienced.
