Horrible service

If I could give a 0/5 rating I would do that! This company is the most horrible I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately they were not my choice as I would never use them based on all the previous reviews. My package is still not delivered even though this has been promised for the past 3 days. I hope it gets to me eventually.... This is my third delivery througb them and the service worsened since the first delivery.
