Horrible service

An absolute horrible business. I placed an order with Vodacom days ago. Today they sent an SMS saying my order was out for delivery. At 4pm I call as I still not receive my order. Firstly, their customer care is absolutely awful and unhelpful, once I finally got through, I eventually got put through to the driver to say he broke down and will not deliver my package. I was not even informed until I reached out and I had wasted the whole day waiting. Horrible business!!
