Horrible service by The courier

Most horrible experience Eva the drivers lie and say they came to the address but no one comes you pay the company Avon extra for express delivery still for the order not to be delivered on time my parcel is supposed to be delivered the 30th May and it's the flippen 3 June 2026 and still nothing . Tried contacting the agents at Skynet but no one replies and line just rings this is honestly horrible service every month I have Avon orders this **** happens when it's time for my parcel to be delivered they never on time and the drivers lie and say there was no one home yet am at home everyday there is always someone here , fix your service express my ass it way past the 24hours and Im still waiting for my parcel.
