Horrible service

Skynet has my parcel from buffalo through SHEIN I’m leaving for Mozambique this week~Thursday morning,they have had my parcel since the 7th of December,they aren’t answering phone calls let alone WhatsApp texts..,, their service is beyond disgusting.
