HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNENDING ESCALATION

I recently bought things on Temo, thing we're delivered to Skynet, apparently Temu wrote wrong address,I used their WhatsApp platform to correct the address. The order was suppose to be delivered on the 22nd May 2025. But until now Skynet agent are still saying they are escalating the matter for a very soon delivery. It's been a 8vfay delay since they started escalating the issue. How many escalation is the issue gonna go. Their servicebis horrible. Can hello Peter create a zero star for institutions like this because they don't even deserve a star.
