Horrible service

The worst courier ever.. My parcel arrived at their facility in Kathu, Northern Cape on the 20th of December, today it's the 28th of December and still no delivery.. Yesterday they said they'll book it do today, when I call them to check if it's been booked they no longer answering my calls.. Why would you have my parcel for 8 days with you. This is bull****. They should learn from Courier Guy
