Horrible Service

Service is horrible!! Does not even deserve one star. You spend so much time on phoning a number that nobody answers or their emails. You receive a sms stating you will receive your package on that date and time, but it never comes. Later in the evening your receive a sms saying delivery failed?! The company only has one number for all branches in SA, like how is that possible? And if you do get through to someone they end the call. I'm still waiting for my package.
