Horrible service

I have been checking the tracking of my parcel and I am disappointed to see that it stated that the consignee was not available, whereas I stayed home all this time waiting for my parcel. I never received any call from Skynet and nobody came to my address. So I don't understand why the tracking record from Skynet would say I was not available. You can cancel that shipment, I will go straight to Vodacom and get the items I wanted straight from the store. I'm very disappointed with Skynet service!
