Horrible service!!

Worst company to work with, their call centre is a chaos, when you call they will make you wait for hours on the phone, only to find out there are 80 people who are before you inline waiting. I received Out for delivery message 4 days ago, buy Skynet are failing to deliver yet the Durban branch is 20 min away from my address. Skynet is just failing me, They just can't do business. Seek other companies to collect and deliver your parcels
