Horrible service
Received an sms that my parcel will be delivered before 16:00 today.it is now 16:00.I have send skynet an email,whatsapp,phoned and stayed on the line for more than 20min 6times already without getting any answer.the tracking does not work and theres nonrespinse on email or whatsapp bot.SO HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO MY DELIVERY AS I DID NOT RECEIVE IT.

08 May 2024, 17:57Your service is UNEXCEPTABLE.I received an sms this morning 08 May that my package will be delivered today....by 14:00 I tried calling for an ETA on ***....ITS THE WORST...I WAS HOLDING THE LINE FOR ALMOST 40MINUTES BEFORE GETTING THREW,the agent said parcel will be delivered before 16:00.
By 15:00 I tried calling again,after 30min of holding still no answer,sended an email to your customer care,no reply,tried chatting to your so called Samantha agent,no reply,after hours to just get in touch with you theres NO REPLY.by 17:00 after another 40min of holding the line the agent finaly answered and said the driver is on his way....it is now 17:35 AND STILL NOTHING.OFCOURSE NOW YOUR PHONELINE IS OF DUTY ALSO.5HOURS OF GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SKYNET AND STILL NOTHING PLUS STILL NO DELIVERY.
THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE AND DEEPLY CONCERNING AS YOU HAVE MY PROPERTY BUT REFUSE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ME OR RESPIND IN ANY SORT OF WAY.Never experienced this kind of service from ANY courier company ever before
