Horrible Service
I have now been waiting 2 days for a delivery that was supposed to be made on Wed 5th, I cannot get hold of anyone at Skynet and their message service is horrible, sending a message to a Cedric Bronkhorst each time and not getting a reply?????? Where is my package????
Your service is horrible and social media is filled with messages of how terrible your service is?!!! How is it that you are still in business???

04 Feb 2025, 09:55My package was to be received on Wed 05 Jan, every day since there has been a message "Out on delivery from Elandsfontein". I have still not received it.
I had however received a reply via email, day before yesterday, advising that they are looking into the matter. I cannot understand what the delay is.??????? And they say they take customer service very seriously?????????? Just a look on Facebook and all the complaints is enough for me to stop ordering from Temu because of this company.
