Horrible service

I've been waiting for my license disc to be delivered since the 31st of December when I received a message that it's out for delivery. When I contacted the call center yesterday I was told that the driver's phone is on voicemail, this morning I phoned 3 times to be told that the parcel was returned to the delivery branch, no explanation nothing, they will deliver on Monday. On the tracking system it shows consignee was unavailable. Such horrible service from Skynet.
